6 months
We just had Kade's 6 month check-up last week, and he is growing like a weed. Kade is 17lbs. 10oz. (55%) and 27in. (75%). He is trying to sit up and can usually do it for a minute, he loves his bouncer, and eating his toes. He can get anywhere he wants by rolling, he is thinking about crawling, and this morning he started to army crawl. Kade is one of the most vocal babies I have ever heard. He thinks he is having conversations all the time, it's so stinkin cute. Kade doesn't really care for solid food yet, but we keep working on it. He has the sweetest most calm personality, I just love the little bugger!

Growing up
I just dropped Hunter off for his last day of preschool. I'm super sad. I didn't think I would feel this way. I'm very excited for Kindergarten, but still can't help the little sting of anxiety I am feeling right now. Hunter has loved Preschool(me too, seriously it's like a babysitter you don't have to feel guilty about, plus I can get a ton more done with out so much help). If any one in the Taylorsville area needs a preschool teacher, come talk to me. Mrs. Karen's was awesome. Hunter went there for two years, and loved every second of it.

Easter
Since this post is about Easter I want every one to know how blessed I am to have such a wonderful older brother and Savior. We are so blessed to have the Resurrection and have the ability to live again! I love my family and can't imagine spending eternity with out them. I am such a lucky girl. With that being said we had a fantastic Easter. We started celebrating the week before. My sister was in town so my Mom had her egg hunt the week before. The Saturday before Easter we went to the Miner family spring party, afterwards our Friends the Hathaways came over to color eggs. Of course the Easter Bunny came. Kade got oatmeal (which he only likes if it is flavored with another food), Hunter got a bat bag he wanted for baseball. After Church we headed over to Mom and Dad Miners for dinner, and another egg hunt. We had a great day.

Update
Hi everyone! We have been super busy lately, and it has been along time since my last post, so I figured I would give everyone a quick little update on our family and what we have been doing.
In Feb. Kade was blessed. It was such a fantastic day and Chad did an amazing job. Kade looked so cute in his blessing outfit, but hates wearing it. He cries everytime I put it on him. I think he already hates wearing a white shirt. It was so much fun having everyone over after to celebrate. We both have amazing supportive families. Thanks to everyone.

In March We went to Hurricane with Chad so he could run his 18th marathon. We stayed in a motel with a mini golf course, so of course Hunter thought it was amazing. Kade suprisingly did really well on the car ride there and back. Inspite of the rain we had great time.
Chad got his best time yet!

April has been a busy and FUN month. We started by going on a trip to Moab so Chad could run a marathon there. Hunter got to finish this race with Chad, and he thought that was so cool. While we were there we went to see dead horse point, we went in to Arches National Park, and we went to a Chuck wagon dinner where they had a Cowboy show. Hunter has been talking about how we saw a Cowboy show, how he got to be in a roping contest, and how we got to eat like the real cowboys. It was fun.
I feel bad because I didn't get a very good pic of Chad. This is the best I got.

My sister came to visit, and we were busy, busy, busy playing. We went to the zoo, had a sleepover, and played. I miss her so much. I didn't take any pictures of her visit. We are going to visit them next month so I'll take lots of pictures.

2 MoNtHs
We had Kade's 2 month check up last week. I can't believe how fast time has gone. He has almost doubled his weight. Which doesn't surprise me he eats ALL THE TIME. He weighed 10lbs 6 oz (15%) and was 23.4 inches (65%). When he was born he was 18.5 inches and 5 lbs 13 oz. He has grown a ton! He is so freakin cute. I am amazed at how fast I just loved this little boy. He is sleeping from 9 to 5:30 eats and goes right back to bed. He is always happy, and smiling. He is just the best little baby.
This pic was right after his shots, so he's not very happy.

29 and Counting
So I turned 29 last week, and I had a great Birthday. Hunter, Kade and I just hung out all morning. We went to lunch with my mom at my favorite place, Quilted bear, then that night Chad took me to dinner and a movie. We saw the Kings Speech. Oh my holy crap, I loved it. I love Colin Firth, so that's part of the reason I loved. He was FANTASTIC!
Everyone complains about being 29, and a lot of people never get past it, however I really don't care about getting older. I'm ready for 30 so come and get me!!!!!
Here's Chad and I goofing at the movie.
