2 MoNtHs

We had Kade's 2 month check up last week. I can't believe how fast time has gone. He has almost doubled his weight. Which doesn't surprise me he eats ALL THE TIME. He weighed 10lbs 6 oz (15%) and was 23.4 inches (65%). When he was born he was 18.5 inches and 5 lbs 13 oz. He has grown a ton! He is so freakin cute. I am amazed at how fast I just loved this little boy. He is sleeping from 9 to 5:30 eats and goes right back to bed. He is always happy, and smiling. He is just the best little baby.
This pic was right after his shots, so he's not very happy.

29 and Counting

So I turned 29 last week, and I had a great Birthday. Hunter, Kade and I just hung out all morning. We went to lunch with my mom at my favorite place, Quilted bear, then that night Chad took me to dinner and a movie. We saw the Kings Speech. Oh my holy crap, I loved it. I love Colin Firth, so that's part of the reason I loved. He was FANTASTIC!
Everyone complains about being 29, and a lot of people never get past it, however I really don't care about getting older. I'm ready for 30 so come and get me!!!!!
Here's Chad and I goofing at the movie.

The BIG BROTHER

Hunter LOVES his little brother to pieces. I was kind of worried at first because Hunter Loves babies in general, and has to be watched around them constantly. He hugs, kisses and wants to hold them, but he has been so wonderful with Kade. If Kade is ever crying, Hunter tells him "don't cry Kade big brother is here". He tells everyone he knows he's a BIG BROTHER! Kade also loves watching Hunter. He will lay on the floor and watch Hunter play with his Lego's, he just stares at him. It's so cute. I love watching these two.

Paul Bunyan

My Husband thinks in order to be a man you MUST grow a beard at least once in your life. It's been going on 10 weeks and counting.

Smile BIG

Kade has started to smile. It takes a little work, but it is THE CUTEST thing ever. I love this little guy to pieces.

Rosy Cheeks

Chad took Hunter sledding last week. Kade and I stayed home so I didn't get any pictures of them sledding, but I got a cute one of Hunter's Rosy cheeks.

Happy New Year!

2010 was a great year for me. I had a lot of good things happen. I married the most amazing man, added another sweet little boy to my family, went on a fabulous honeymoon to Maui, spent lots of weekends in the summer camping with my great little family, moved into a house, and just had a great year. Here is where I brag for just a minute so if you don't want to hear it skip to the pictures, there worth it. I was just sitting here thinking how lucky I am. I have a fantastic life. Don't get me wrong, some days Hunter just wont listen, or Chad is ornery or Kade just wants to cry (on a bad day all 3 happen), but all in all I am a really lucky girl. I am perfectly content with my little life, in fact I love it. I wouldn't trade it for the world. Of course there are things I would like, like to quit work (but honestly who can complain about working two afternoons a week, it's kind of a nice break), have Chad home more often, have a new car, or move to a bigger house, but none of those things will make me any happier. I have a Healthy family, two beautiful little boys, and an amazing Husband, who loves me and would probably do anything for me (not to mention he is freakin hot). To sum things up I am had a great year, and feel very fortunate to be where I am at. I LOVE life!

Now I'll be done bragging and talk about new years eve, and day. For new years eve we went to my parents and hung out. Shelly and Tom were in town so we spent time with them. We played games, had dinner, rode the snowmobile, and just hung out. It was a great night. The next day we went bowling with my family, then went to Chad's parents for Dinner, and games. His mom makes Chinese food once a year, and it's FANTASTIC, So YUMMY. Thanks to all our families for such a fun time.

Christmas time

We had a fantastic Christmas. We spent a lot of time with family. We are so fortunate to have such amazing families. I love the Holidays! There is so much happiness and magic this time of year. I loved watching the boys (Chad included) see what Santa brought. This year our family asked Santa for a wii, and he didn't disappoint. We each got our own controller and a bunch of games. We have had so much fun playing with our new present. I'm not sure who likes it more Hunter or the parents. Chad and I have been up every night past midnight trying to beat Mario. Who knew I was such a gamer. We hope you all had a very merry Christmas, and that you all have a great New Year. Below is just a few random pics from Christmas, we didn't take many.
